Enable New Zealand has been awarded the contract by ACC to be the new supplier for their Managed Rehabilitation Equipment Services (MRES).
“We are delighted to have been selected as the new national supplier for MRES. This is a significant and crucial achievement for Enable New Zealand” says Michelle Riwai, General Manager. “This contract further establishes our organisation as a high-quality customer focused provider of disability equipment and modifications.”
As the supplier for MRES, Enable New Zealand will manage the purchase, supply, and refurbishment of equipment for ACC’s clients nationwide; ensuring people get the high-quality equipment they need, when they need it.
Enable New Zealand will begin delivering the service from 15 November 2021.
MidCentral District Health Board Chief Executive Kathryn Cook said she was pleased Enable New Zealand’s ability to consistently supply a quality service had been recognised.
“Enable New Zealand has a reputation of working and developing strong relationships with the disability community to deliver innovative customer driven solutions. It’s good to see this has been rewarded and I look forward to seeing further innovations from them,” she says.
