A holiday message from our CEO

It is that time of year when many of us will start to wind down for some much needed rest and relaxation and a chance to spend time with whanau and friends over the festive season.

In a year that has brought us all further challenges, I have seen warmth, care and commitment demonstrated at every turn. I would like to sincerely thank you for your support and pass on our warmest wishes to you and your loved ones.

I have been inspired and appreciative of the willingness of our customers to adapt to the difficulties presented by COVID-19 this year. Our healthcare system is fortunate to have organisations, clinicians, and carers who put others first and work tirelessly to get the best outcomes for New Zealanders. And for that, we thank you.

I feel it’s important to make special mention of our Auckland, Northland, and Waikato customers. We are grateful for the immense and selfless measure you’ve undertaken to help keep New Zealanders safe.

We know that challenges in global supply chains will continue next year. This situation is extremely difficult to manage, and our supply chain team has worked closely with our suppliers, to mitigate disruptions to customers and end users. As a result of their efforts, our warehouses are well stocked, which puts us on the front foot heading into 2022. We owe a massive thank you to both our team and suppliers for working together in these challenging times.

We will remember 2021 as the year that has shown us the true value of partnerships and demonstrated the emotional connections this brings. In all the uncertainty we have found ways to work with our customers to achieve their goals and we have continued our planning to offer more innovative and sustainable solutions and services next year and beyond.

Thank you for trusting us as your solution provider this year. We are excited about what lies ahead and look forward to continuing to serve you in 2022.

Wishing you a happy, safe, and relaxing holiday season.

Ngā mihi nui,

Logan
