While an increase in freight volumes over the holiday season is nothing new, COVID-19 has caused significant global supply chain challenges that are affecting New Zealand’s national freight networks. Please be aware there may be some delays over this period.
Our national freight partners are currently promising the following delivery timeframes:
Same island: 4-6 working days (rural 5-8 working days)
Cross-island: 5-8 working days
It’s important to note that these timeframes are based on when your equipment is dispatched from Cubro’s distribution centres. We aim to dispatch orders for stocked items within 1-2 days.
To ensure you get your equipment when and where you need it, we strongly recommend the following to all our customers.
While our team will take a short break on the Statutory holidays, we will be available all other weekdays to take orders throughout the Christmas period.
