From Monday 9 January our reception and standard open hours will resume, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
The holiday season sees an increase in freight volumes, please be aware there are likely to be delays over this period.
Our national freight partners have advised the following timeframes:
Same island: 4-6 working days (rural 5-8 working days)
Cross-island: 5-8 working days
These timeframes are based on when your equipment is dispatched from Cubro’s distribution centres. We aim to dispatch orders for stocked items within 1-2 days.
To ensure you get your equipment when and where you need it, we recommend the following to all our customers:
• Expect some delays leading up to Christmas – while we will do our absolute best to ensure we dispatch your order as soon as possible; some delays may be possible that are outside of our control.
• Emergency cases – we understand that on occasion, you require equipment to support an emergency or urgent situation. If you have an order for a patient, resident or client who requires critical assistance, please call 0800 656 527 and communicate this to our team.
