Important update for our Community Care customers: Contactless deliveries

1 minute(s) to read

We’re making contactless deliveries to get equipment to New Zealanders who need it.

While we remain open to supply healthcare equipment to New Zealanders who need it, our team will make contactless deliveries until further notice.

This means we will not be going inside any residential homes or any other premise, to install equipment or provide training. Instead, we will liaise with Occupational Therapists to ensure there is someone onsite to take the equipment inside.

In cases where help with installing equipment is required and no one is available to assist, our delivery team will coordinate with the Accessable or Enable subcontractors, who will carry out the installation.

We are happy to provide equipment training over phone or video calls where required.

Please support our efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19

We understand that some people may feel it’s safe for our teams to enter their homes, however it’s important that we all follow the Government and Ministry of Health’s guidance at all times.

We are not entering homes as we are not willing to put anyone at risk. We are also taking all possible measures with regards to sanitising and handling equipment and our employees are following all MoH guidelines in regard to physical distancing, PPE and hygiene.

We ask that you respect our procedures and support us as we continue to deliver essential healthcare equipment throughout the country, while doing everything we can to protect the safety of our customers and our people.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
