The Stabilo Multiseat provides stability and comfort for the pelvis, trunk, and head. It consists of three Stabilo cushions fastened to an aluminium frame. The combination of the base and backrest creates a self-supporting seat that can be shaped, formed, and reformed to suit the client’s needs as they grow or if their condition changes.
By forming a wedge at the front of the cushion and channels for neutral thigh positioning, it creates a bucket seat shape, this can increase stability and safety by preventing the body from slipping forward and encourages the client to actively engage in maintaining a good posture. This is a perfect solution for people with high muscle tone and can reduce the risk of contractures.
