The Inserto Effecto Plus is a highly versatile backrest that adapts to suit the requirements of the client. It has been designed to provide support for clients with moderate trunk control and lateral pelvis/trunk instability. It consists of an aluminium flat T-shaped shell with self-modeling polymeric foam and reticulated foam for ventilation. Including shock absorbing properties and 5 modular inserts. The adjustable inserts can be modified to better adapt to the shape of the client's spine.
